By registering with MS Smart City Housing Developer Co. Ltd., you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Payment Terms
Customers agree to pay the down payment and subsequent monthly instalments as specified in their selected package. Late or missed payments may result in account suspension.
3. Ownership & Deed
Full legal ownership documents will be issued only after all instalments under the selected package have been paid in full and verified by our team.
4. Referral Programme
Commissions earned through the referral programme are subject to verification and may be withheld in cases of fraudulent activity.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
MS Smart City reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms or providing false information.
